Essentials Workshops (Tooting)

Venue: Wear My Baby Boutique, 58 Upper Tooting Road, London SW17 7PB

Open to everyone, ideal for expectant parents and health, birth and antenatal/postnatal professionals who’d like a general introduction to babywearing.

These evening workshops are led by qualified midwife and Senior Wear My Baby Consultant, Rebecca Ford.

We’ll explore the benefits of carrying your baby, and the principles of baby carrying safety, comfort and positioning, so you’ll know what makes a good, safe fit.

You’ll learn about the different types of slings on the market –  and how to choose the ‘best’ carrier for your needs.

The workshop includes plenty of hands-on time for you to try out a range of baby carriers, wraps and slings. Our demonstration dolls are on hand to practice with. Of course real babies are welcome, too!

At the end of the workshop, you will have the chance to hire or buy slings and carriers from us, so you can leave with your hands free.

Cost: £20 per person, £30 for a couple, plus 5% discount on all purchases. When purchasing simply add 1 or 2 bookings and the correct price (single/couple) will be applied automatically.
