Newborn Workshops (Reading/Earley)

An introduction to babywearing for those with babies aged 0-3 months, and expectant parents.

You’ll learn the principles of baby carrying safety, comfort and positioning, so you can confidently carry your baby in whatever sling you choose to use.

We’ll explore a range of slings and carriers that are ideal for baby’s first months. You’ll get to try out soft, stretchy wraps and buckled carriers, to see what works best for your family. Our demonstration dolls are on hand, if you’d like to practice with them first.

Cost: £20 per person, £30 for a couple. When purchasing simply add 1 or 2 bookings and the correct price (single/couple) will be applied automatically.

About Wear My Baby Workshops & Our Cancellation Policy

You are very welcome to feed, change and attend to your baby during the workshop. Workshops usually last 1.5 hours, but we ask that you allow up to 2 hours to accommodate babies’ and parents/carers needs.

You are welcome to bring your buggies / prams, but at busy times they may need to be folded down to make room for others.

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy for Wear My Baby Workshops. If you do not attend a workshop or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, we will not be able to offer a refund.

We appreciate that life with a baby makes it hard to plan ahead, but as workshops are only for small groups, missed slots mean that other families miss out on attending.
