We are still shipping orders to the UK and worldwide. Expected delivery time for the UK is around 5-7 working days, rest of the world around 7-14 working days - but please be aware this could be subject to local delays, depending on your local delivery service.

We are able to fast track some UK orders, depending on stock and availability. If you're in a hurry for your item, please contact Hannah and the team at info@wearmybaby.co.uk

If you would like to purchase from a country to which we do not currently deliver, please contact us at info@wearmybaby.co.uk

Customs fees, import duties and taxes vary by country and product. Calculation and payment of these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

At checkout please check that you have given us your correct delivery address. We are not responsible for the loss of incorrectly addressed parcels, and will not refund you for any items if an inaccurate delivery address has been submitted.


We hope that you will love your purchase from Wear My Baby, but we understand that you may wish to return your item(s).

We can only accept returned items that are unused and in their original as new condition. Items must be in their original intact packaging, with all tags, labels and instruction manuals undamaged.  We cannot refund items that have been used, worn or washed. Returned items must be in fully resalable condition.

Therefore, If you are unsure of which carrier is right for you, we recommend calling our experts for advice on 0345 222 9004/ info@wearmybaby.co.uk before you purchase.

If you wish to return an item that you have purchased online, please inform us via email at info@wearmybaby.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

We must then receive the item(s) within the next 30 days (currently extended from usual 14 days). You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We suggest that you use a tracked, insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.

Once we have received the returned item, we will send you a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back. We will refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you used for the original purchase. Please note the refund may take some days to appear in your account once we have processed your refund, with the time dependant on your credit/debit card provider.

We do not refund additional shipping fees, in cases where you have chosen an express or premium delivery service.

To ensure you choose the right carrier, we recommend trying any slings and carriers before you buy, where possible. You can find your nearest Wear My Baby Consultant here. You can also check www.slingpages.co.uk to find other sling libraries, sling meets and babywearing consultants across the UK. 

Any product descriptions given in addition to manufacturers guidelines are based on assessments by Wear My Baby's experienced Consultants, and feedback from the many families we work with. Any such descriptions are subjective and do not supersede manufacturers guidelines.

While we always endeavour to provide accurate imagery of our products, please note that all images on this website are for representation purposes only.  Please note that the actual colour and appearance of all our products, particularly where made of fabric, may be different to how they appear when viewed on a screen, and may have slight variations in colour and texture when compared to the product photos provided.


Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item you purchase from us is faulty, you can return it to us.

You must notify us in writing by email to info@wearmybaby.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it, stating that the goods are faulty. We will then send instructions on how to return faulty goods to us. All good must be returned to us in a satisfactory condition. Please note we will not be able to refund items that have been damaged due to misuse.

Please do not post faulty goods back to us without contacting us first, as we will be unable to refund postage costs. We do not refund additional shipping fees, in cases where you have chosen an express or premium delivery service.



You are welcome to collect your items from us at the Wear My Baby Boutique, 58 Upper Tooting Road, London, SW17 7PB.

If you require an item urgently please let us know in the ‘Order Notes’ box at checkout and we will do our best to have your order ready for collection the same day at Wear My Baby Boutique. Please note this cannot be guaranteed. You will be notified via email as to when your item will be ready for collection, collection times, and our full address.

Workshop & Appointment Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy for Wear My Baby Workshops and Consultations. If you do not attend a Workshop or Cancellation, or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, we will not be able to offer a refund.
