I have never done a review before but I honestly love this little shop. I bought a baby wrap for my friend and received the most friendly and helpful service as well as a little demonstration. The new mummy loves it so much, I decided to order a second one for another friend (during lockdown) and it was delivered next day in London. Thanks guys!

What an awesome shop! I had assumed baby wearing wasn't for me, had bought a carrier from John Lewis without trying it on and just never really got on with it but after Hannah explained how different models worked I've left with a carrier that feels totally different and so much more comfortable! Would really recommend a visit.

Ordered product from their website on Monday morning, got a personal email giving me details about my dispatch within the hour and product had arrived (direct from Germany) by Wednesday lunchtime. Very impressed with the service. If I lived closer I would love to go to the shop itself.

I found Hannah and Wear My Baby through a YouTube video Hannah made about correctly wearing the Ergo. I reached out via email from California for some help, and she responded in less than 10 minutes and offered to help me via video chat!! Even with the time difference she was able to help me so much just over video, and give me some helpful ideas to help my baby like her Ergo. I’m so grateful for Hannah, especially with brick and mortar stores shut down during the pandemic. I wish I could visit the store in person!

Booked an appointment as my baby cried whenever I tried him in his carrier. The consultation was so, so helpful: the ladies suggested adjustments to the settings and talked us through wearing it and it all worked beautifully! We have since done outings with no pram as our baby is now so happy in his carrier. Very professional and personable approach, including answering all questions and concerns we had. Really glad I found these guys.
